Subscription Setup Requirement: Subscription setup requires an on-site visit to install and configure remote support software before you plan can begin. Cost: $50/hr--a 17% discount off the standard single tech visit rate. This includes all electronic devices. Not just computers.
Basic Care
$25/month
1-hour remote support per month - Security and antivirus updates - basic data backup check - email/phone tech support
Standard Care
$50/month
Everything in Basic Care + 1 on-site visit every 3 months - Priority scheduling for repairs - Network Health Check - Quarterly Cybersecurity Check.
Premium Care
$100/month
Everything in Standard Care + Unlimited remote support - 2 on-site visits per Year (up to 2 hours each) - Full Data Backup Plan - Annual Deep System Tune-Up - Annual Computer Health Report.
All services are by appointment only, whether they are remote or in-person.
