This is a $100 flat-rate fee. I charge for diagnostics because I have to utilize my tools/resources, expertice/experience to take a look at your device to figure out what the problem is. This fee only applies if I diagnose the problem but you decide to back out of not fixing the issue due whatever the case may be. I took time to evaluate your device, and you opted to not utilize me so there will be a charge. If I check out the device but I cannot figure out what the problem is, no charge because I am giving you the device back without figuring out what was wrong with your device to begin with. If you choose to utilize my services, you will not see the diagnostics fee itemized on your bill. Hope you can understand. If you don't, please don't hesitate to ask me any questions regarding this.
